Report on the fight against modern slavery (Canadian Law S-211)

As of January 1, 2024, Canada’s Forced and Child Labor in Supply Chains Act is in effect. This law requires private companies to detail the steps they have taken to prevent and reduce the risk of forced labor and child labor in their supply chains. As a private company subject to this law, Stageline Mobile Stage Inc. is required to publish an annual report describing the actions taken during the previous fiscal year to prevent and reduce these risks.

This report describes our structure, operations and supply chain, as well as any identified risks of forced or child labor. It also includes our due diligence policies and procedures for assessing and mitigating these risks.
