From initial concept and scenography to final execution, we offer comprehensive, turnkey solutions for all your stage infrastructure needs. Our process involves three key steps:
CUSTOM STAGE DESIGN & ENGINEERING:
Starting with your vision, sketches, or preliminary designs, our experienced team of designers and draftsmen develops detailed structural plans. We ensure safety and compliance with engineering validation as required.
STAGE MANUFACTURING & FABRICATION:
Our skilled team of welders, carpenters, and painters expertly build, assemble, and rigorously test stage infrastructures in our expansive 23,000 square foot manufacturing facility. We control the entire fabrication process to ensure quality and precision.
QUALITY ASSURANCE & DOCUMENTATION:
Throughout the factory assembly and testing (FAT) phase, we provide your production team with comprehensive documentation, including detailed fabrication drawings, engineer-sealed plans, technical specifications, and a user-friendly operation and maintenance manual.
